DESCRIPTION:Margo has been having the pleasure of performing with some amazing jazz musicians. As Margo tip-toes into the Great American Jazz Songbook\, (of course\, with a healthy dose of the blues)\, some magic moments have been happening. Joining Margo will be Dave Captein on upright bass\, Greg Goebel on piano and Pete Moss on sax.\nMargo is the recipient of the Muddy Waters Award for Outstanding Female Vocalist. She has been a fixture on the NW Blues scene for over 30 years. She has had the honor of working with some of her musical heros\, including Etta James. Etta herself has referred to Margo as “the white Etta James”. \nMargo
