With an emphasis on blues and popular songs of yesteryear\, he performs songs that will make you laugh\, dance\, and feel your heart beating! Since he began his journey\, he has performed with Esperanza Spalding\, Terence Blanchard\, Terrell Stafford\, Chuck Israels\, Kenny Werner\, Charmaine Neville\, Dr. Thara Memory\, and many others. He is a Presidential Scholar at Berklee College of Music in Boston\, where he studies performance\, jazz arranging\, and dance. He is also a member of the Berklee Global Jazz Institute where he studies with John Patitucci\, Joe Lovano\, and Danilo Perez. Recent performances have included the 2016 & 2017 Reykjavik Blues Festivals and the 2016 Buenos Aires Jazz Festival. \nFeatured accompanists tonight will include guitarist Hunter Burgamy of New Orleans and trombonist Stephan Tenney of Charleston\, both accomplished musicians from Berklee College of Music.” \nDoors open at 5pm\, minimum purchase of $18 per person\, food or beverage.
