The collection starts with Olympia Provisions Finocchiona (fin-OHK-ee-own-ah) a traditional Italian salami with garlic, black pepper & fennel. This specialty meat pairs well with AJ’s Walla Walla sweet onion mustard with dill and Moon Cheese crunchy bites of golden delights. The Alaska Smokehouse naturally wild smoked salmon, Rose City Pepper Heads pepper jelly, and Elki water sesame crackers rounds out our charcuterie plate. The finale is McTavish traditional, handmade from scratch shortbread, dipped in chocolate.
