Wilfs Restaurant prides itself on not just being a good member of our local community, but also being a good steward of the environment and this Planet. All of our leftover foodstuffs are composted, and our packaging and containers (including bottles, cans, plastic and paper) are recycled — to the point where we now use the smallest commercial trash receptacle available! And, our catering supplies are made of recycled paper, and biodegradable renewable/recyclable corn starch “plastics” whenever possible.
