David Berry, an established pianist with degrees in jazz studies from Washington State University and Arizona State University offers audiences a unique perspective on the state of modern jazz piano playing. As a composer and bandleader, his original compositions for chamber ensembles stretch performers to express themselves creatively while remaining true to their own artistic development and tendencies. He has shared the stage with Terrell Stafford, Rufus Reid, Sean Jones, Wycliffe Gordon, Machado Mijiga and many others.
